José was a partner at Aureos Capital, where he managed private equity funds in emerging markets across Central America, the Caribbean, and South East Asia. He also contributed to CDC Group PLC, a British governmental development institution.

Throughout his career, José has been involved in a diverse range of industries including services, consumer products, plastics, retail, and energy.

José holds an MBA with an emphasis in Banking and Finance from the National University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Centro América (UACA) in Costa Rica. He has also completed numerous courses on valuations, trading, and private equity throughout his career.

Alberto has extensive experience across various sectors, including tourism, finance, technology, consumer products, and agribusiness. He is also an expert in continuous improvement, process analysis, and operational efficiency.

Previously, he worked for seven years at Procter and Gamble in financial services.

Alberto holds a Master's degree with an emphasis in Finance from the Technological Institute of Costa Rica (TEC) and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Costa Rica (UCR).

He previously worked for Agua Imara ACA PTE (formerly SN Power) a Norwegian company focused on renewable energy as a regional accountant. He was also the accounting chief of a tourism company in Costa Rica.

Gustavo is a CPA and has a degree in Banking and Finance and a bachelor's degree in administration from the University of Costa Rica (UCR).

He has worked for Emerge Capital, Aureos Capital and CAIF. He has extensive experience in banking, financial management and planning. He obtained his master's degree with an emphasis on finance and marketing from the National University of San Diego, California.
